Admission Requirements

  • Must have GPA of 2.0 or above on most recent college transcript

STEP 1: Complete Our Online Application

STEP 2: Submit Documentation

Send us the following documentation to complete your application file:

  • All official transcripts of any college or university you have attended
  • If fewer than 15 college credits, then proof of high school diploma or equivalent
  • For military personnel, a DD214 or documentation of civil service

Send these materials either by email or mail, either separately or together, to:

STEP 3: Financial Aid

Apply for financial aid and/or make arrangements for payment. Complete the FAFSA online. It is in your best interest to complete the financial aid process as early as possible. For assistance, call Concordia-Chicago’s financial aid help line at (708) 209-3347. Our FAFSA school code is 001666.

STEP 4: Once You’re Accepted to the Program

Congratulations! Now it’s time to register for classes. A Student Success Advisor will contact you about getting registered and ready for class.
